Animation Film Production
The core ofthis programme is learning how to tell animated stories, direct and produce ananimated short film. The programme will on an advanced level present how to develop a story and use the language of theanimated film to communicate the film story. The students are supposed toinclude students from the BA animation course as animators and assistants ontheir film project.

The students have extensive knowledge about:
- the whole production process of an animated short film– from script to screen, via idea and concept development, script writing,storyboarding, editing and sound design.
The students are able to:
- createand tell stories in the animated short film format, produce and direct ananimated short film
- lead a small group of artists in the production of an animated short film
Thestudents are able to:
- understandthe role of animation in media and entertainment industry
- structureand tell artistic stories to an audience
- lead a creative project and to understand the financial aspects of cultural projects
The programme consists of the following courses:
ANI210 (15ECTS) in the first semester andANI211 (45ECTS) in the first and second semester
