Animation
The internationally renowned animation programme at VUC is the longest running degree at this level in the Nordic countries. Many of the Norwegian successes, both in animation film (such as Jul i Flåklypa) and animated web-series (like Norske Grønsaker), have been made by former VUC animation students.
While studying animation in Volda, you will benefit from the expertise of teachers with international experience in the animation industry. The study programme has a strong and close cooperation with animation professionals and studios in Norway and around the world.
Varied animation techniques
VUC has a broad animation programme, and as an exchange student you can learn everything from stop-motion, drawn animation, digital animation to animation production. The animation programme has several studios with high-end equipment for free use. Activities in the courses are centered around lectures, projects in teams and individual work with guidance.
