Volda University College (VUC) is a public university of applied sciences with more than 150 years of tradition in higher education. VUC offers study programmes in Arts, Education, Media, Humanities and Social Science.

VUC offers single courses taught in English for incoming exchange students or the English-taught Master in Media Practices. International students may also study the 1-year Norwegian language course (NIS) to qualify for study programmes taught in Norwegian.
