Group rooms at VUS

There are 24 group rooms on the college campus that students can book.
Staff can not book group rooms here, this is only for students.

Rules for booking group rooms:

• The group room will be opened for reservation 2 weeks in advance.
• Each group can book the room for a maximum of 5 consecutive hours.
• If a group has the thing room and does not meet, others can take over after 15 min.
• Each group can only reserve the room for 3 days after each other.

- Tip: Select time first, then you will only see rooms that are available (those that are busy will not be shown).

Group rooms at the library are available when the library is open and when there is a more open library. When the library is not staffed, one enters the library through the main door, and uses the student card to open the door. See the library's page for opening hours.
