Førsteamanuensis
Julia Melnikova er førsteamanuensis i pedagogikk med spesialisering i flerkulturell pedagogikk og foreldreinvolvering i skole og barnehage. Hun har Ph.D.-grad i profesjonsrettede lærerutdanningsfag fra Høgskolen i Innlandet (2024) og mastergrad i kulturmøte fra Høgskulen i Volda (2017).
Julia Melnikova is Associate Professor i pedagogy at Volda University College and a teacher educator. Her research interests include cultural diversity and equity in education, parental involvement and educational transitions. She holds a PhD in teaching and teacher education from Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences (2024) and a MA in cultural encounters from Volda University College (2017).
